Voting Member: is a writer who has published at least one book or equivalent in one of the following artistic genres: fiction, non-fiction, poetry, drama, music (musical score), visual art, film or video.

Associate Member: is a writer who does not qualify as a Voting Member, but still wishes to be part of the Association and be informed of its activities. An Associate Member has no voting privileges.

Student Member: is a student enrolled in full- or part-time studies at any level and in any field who wishes to be part of the Association and be informed of its activities. Proof of student status in the form of valid ID, letter of acceptance, etc must be provided by the applicant. A Student Member has no voting privileges.

Senior Lifetime Membership: This membership option is designed to offer our long-term supporters aged 65 and over the convenience of a one-time payment for continuous, lifelong engagement.

Voting and Associate Membership Fee: C$100/yr or C$175/2 yrs.
Senior Lifetime Membership Fee: C$1,000 One-Time Fee
Student Membership Fee: C$25/yr.

The purchase of the Senior Lifetime Membership is subject to the following rules:
Non-Retroactive Purchase: This membership option must be purchased at or after the age of 65. Previous years of membership paid for under standard tiers will not be credited towards the fee.
Non-Transferable: The membership cannot be transferred, sold, or passed on to any other individual for any reason (including, but not limited to, death or resignation).
Non-Refundable: The one-time fee is non-refundable.

Upon payment, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Your application will be reviewed and confirmed, after which you will receive a user name and password to create your profile on the AICW website.
